Job Summary
Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. At Epic, everyone who calls or stops by is greeted by one of our bright and friendly receptionists. Whether it’s a quick answer to a question or getting creative to track down the right person, you’ll ensure that everyone gets a warm reception and excellent service. You’ll also have the opportunity to support other teams around Epic by taking on a variety of administrative projects.
Location
Madison, WI (Epic campus in Verona, WI). Requires relocation; live within 45 minutes of campus or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities
Greet callers and visitors, answer questions, track down the right person to help a caller, and provide a warm reception and excellent service. Support other teams around Epic by taking on a variety of administrative projects.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Availability to work M-F 12:00pm - 8:00pm with weekend responsibilities every 12th week
Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
