In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in growing our Engineering and Information Technology teams while enhancing the Talent Acquisition process through innovative strategies and relationship-building. This position requires a proactive and consultative approach to recruiting, as well as a commitment to delivering measurable results that align with organizational goals./ppResponsibilities:/pulliManage full-cycle recruiting processes for assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and high-quality candidate experience./liliCollaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to develop effective recruiting strategies tailored to company objectives./liliBuild strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance Talent Acquisition processes and drive team success./liliIdentify top talent for critical roles within Engineering and Information Technology functions./liliUtilize data-driven insights and metrics to refine recruiting strategies and improve hiring outcomes./liliShare innovative ideas and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team./liliDevelop and implement programs that support business needs from a talent perspective./liliFoster teamwork within the HR organization by sharing knowledge and best practices./liliApply a consultative and sales-driven approach to recruitment, ensuring alignment with customer and organizational expectations./liliPrioritize ethics, responsibility, and ownership in daily tasks to positively impact the company and its goals./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliBachelors degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related field./liliProven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on Engineering and/or Information Technology roles./liliStrong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels./liliDemonstrated success in leveraging metrics and data to drive recruitment decisions./liliKnowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices./liliAbility to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment./liliExperience in applying a consultative approach to recruitment processes./li/ulpRobert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
