Position Overview We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Janitors for immediate hire to join our day shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in commercial facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of restrooms, offices, lobbies, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas Empty trash and recycling containers Follow safety guidelines and use proper PPE at all times Report maintenance or repair needs to supervisor Ensure compliance with company cleaning standards and client expectations Qualifications Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service Must pass background check and eligibility to work in the U.S. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and location) Paid training and opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Commitment to safety and sustainability Immediate interviews and hiring decisions will be made.
