Job Overview
ESFM is hiring a full‑time JANITOR at 2675 Aeroplex Drive, Elkhart, IN 46514. Online applications only.
Schedule: Full time. Multiple shifts available. Pay: $16.00 per hour. One year of janitorial or warehouse experience preferred. Apply by submitting a resume.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
Dust and mop floors using approved methods.
Move equipment and furniture for cleaning and repositioning.
Sanitize all surfaces; follow the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment.
Seek out areas requiring cleaning; take initiative to complete the task.
Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
Strip, scrub, buff and refine floors; shampoo carpet.
Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
Perform other duties as assigned.
