Job Skills / Requirements We currently have an open commercial cleaning position in St. Petersburg. This is a medical facility and would include taking out biohazard trash and running an auto scrubber. 12.5 hours weekly : Monday-Friday, 2.5 hour shifts after 5pm. Pay : $15.00. You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to pass a drug test and background check. Responsibilities Complete job specifications for assigned buildings. Cleans floors: including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. Empties trash, and replaces liners. Maintains cleaning equipment and orders supplies from the office. Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas including clean and dirty laundry. Performs additional duties as needed. Utilize communication book to request consumables and share any relevant facility information. Communicates with the Area Manager regarding timekeeping, supplies, and client requests.
