Payroll Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar provides a pay range of $53,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be based on your skills and experience. Benefits Bonus potential up to $25,000 annually (eligible for bonus every 4 weeks) Closed on 4 major holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day Half day off every other week Two 5‑day work weeks and two 4.5‑day work weeks every 4‑week period 6th day pay for working over a 5‑day work week (1/5th of weekly salary) Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, meals and 401(k) retirement plan Up to 5 weeks of vacation each year based on tenure (first week after 4 months) 2 weeks paid sick leave each year Paid days off for bereavement, maternity, and paternity leave Company pays for uniform items (shirts, pants, shoes, belts, hats) Responsibilities & Qualifications Restaurant Managers At least 2+ years of full‑service restaurant management or fast‑food restaurant GM experience Experience managing and developing hourly team members A passion for service and commitment to serving great food to guests We are a franchisee of Applebee's and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
