We are seeking a dynamic Safety Manager in the Tennessee region to oversee safety initiatives across our three companies. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in safety management within construction, especially in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.

The Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing the safety protocols and ensuring the well-being of all employees working on construction projects.
This role combines leadership, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the construction industries.
SALARY RANGE: $80,000-95,000/YEAR

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field
Preferred OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety, OSHA 510, and OSHA 500
7-10 years in safety management within commercial construction
5+ years in leadership roles focused on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing safety
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Analytical skills for incident investigation
Proficiency in safety management software
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement safety policies and training programs
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other regulations through audits and documentation
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Identify hazards and manage risk mitigation strategies
Conduct safety training and maintain certification records
Collaborate with project teams and engage employees in safety initiatives
Oversee safety budgets and resource allocation
Conduct site visits and handle safety equipment
Work in various weather conditions.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to conduct site visits and walk through construction areas.
Ability to lift and carry safety equipment and materials as required.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
