Implement nursing interventions and document care activities. Continuously evaluate patient responses and update care plans as necessary. Supervise and guide unit staff in the execution of patient care plans. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the units operations. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing preferred. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members. Competence in supervising and delegating tasks to nursing staff.
