This role involves providing comprehensive care across a conglomerate ICU unit that includes medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients. A key aspect of this position is the flexibility to float between critical care service lines, including both ICU and step-down units, ensuring continuity and excellence of care. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current RN license with at least three years of ICU experience Proficiency in managing critically ill patients in medical, surgical, and cardiovascular settings Ability to adapt and float between ICU and step-down units seamlessly Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient management skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities suited for fast-paced critical care environments Location:Situated in Hewitt, Texas, this role offers the chance to work in a community that balances small-town charm with accessibility to larger urban centers.
