Clinic Director Job Description
Job Title:
Clinical Director
General Job Function:
Manage a consolidated caseload, Oversee Case Supervision, Mentor Graduate Students, oversee TACT Specialty Programs as needed, and oversee the RBT Program.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree, Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst, Board Certification, at least two years of clinical practice
Essential Physical Requirements:
You will be expected to be able to bend at the waist, lift at least 50 pounds, and implement company-related safety care procedures (e.g., restraints, protective movements, etc.).
Service Appointment Requirement:
The Clinical Director will have a quarterly service appointment requirement. The requirement is subject to change.
Working requirement:
You will be expected to work 40 hours a week. Flexible schedule and must maintain open availability 8:00 – 7:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Management
Direct Supervision of BCBAs and Junior Practitioners
Daytime QHP- Three days a week
Oversight of RBT Program
Reports Directly to Senior Clinical Director
Case BCBA
Accepts cases as dictated by organizational need
Training in direct care technicians
Treatment plan development and management (e.g., functional analyses, treatment analyses, behavior guideline development)
Development of individualized objectives
Skill acquisition curriculum development
Complete skill acquisition assessments
Parent training
Treatment plan management
Timely submission of documentation
Fulfillment of service appointments
Management of caseload commensurate with company-managed care polices
Schedule coordination
Direct therapy
Travel to client locations
Graduate Fieldwork
Supervision of students requiring supervised field experience
TACT Specialty Programs
Responsible for designing guidelines
Consultation with BCBAs in goal development for clients
Responsible for the selection of group curriculum
Interface with the case BCBA as necessary to evaluate the progress of clients
Collaboration with operations to design enrollment requirements and schedule
Responsible for providing additional training, supervision, and support to technicians and BCBAs who have clients in the program
Collaboration with the Senior Clinical Director to improve and innovate the programs
Design and measure clinical quality standards with the Senior Clinical Director to evaluate the efficacy of the program
Regularly review and present data on metrics of the program (e.g., number of clients, progress towards goals, levels of supervision, efficacy of curriculum)
Conduct research related to group instruction, skill acquisition, and class-wide contingencies for problem behavior
Contributions to the TACT monthly newsletter through creation of marketing materials
