CMKS70014 – Market President – Overland Park, KS We are working with a bank that is looking to hire a Market President for their Overland Park, Kansas location. This role is designed for a strong commercial lending leader with at least ten years of experience who is both a proven producer and an effective mentor. The bank is seeking someone who can lead from the front, continue to build and manage relationships, and help develop the next generation of lenders. This individual will grow their market, but initially will have one Mortgage Officer and one Loan Officer to supervise. The role remains highly production-oriented, with a focus on C %26 I, commercial real estate, and small business banking, while also carrying meaningful leadership and coaching responsibilities. Compensation is very competitive and structured to reward performance.
