is seeking a leader to advance its **Job Location:** Remote - This position is remote, and you will work from a home office. Occasionally, travel to the nearest office may be required for in-person activities such as team meetings, training, and culture-building events.Preference given if you are located near our New York or Phoenix offices. **Main Responsibilities:**
Increase sophistication of risk modeling to increase accuracy and minimize subsidization in pricing manual to fullest extent possible while balancing regulatory and business requirements.**Basic Qualifications:** 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in an actuarial or data science capacity. Experience in data manipulation and statistical analysis. Experience with prominent rating software used across the insurance industry (i.e., Radar, Emblem, Earnix)Strong oral and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail.
