Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Executive Search Consultant to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading proactive sourcing, deep-market research, and the delivery of diverse executive talent pipelines for Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President level positions. You will report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, with close partnership and unity across other Exec Search team members.

Our Executive Recruiting team operates as an internal boutique search firm, providing high-touch talent advisory services, competitor intelligence, and market mapping to our senior leaders. You will act as a critical partner to Hiring Executives and Human Resources Business Partners, navigating a fast-paced transformational journey to secure the future leadership of Iron Mountain.

What You’ll Do

Execute Strategic Sourcing and Market Intelligence: Design and implement global research strategies using advanced Boolean strings and LinkedIn Recruiter to map competitor organizations and identify high-quality, passive executive talent.

Partner with Senior Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with Hiring Executives and Human Resources Business Partners to translate complex business needs into actionable search strategies and diverse candidate slates.

Manage the Executive Candidate Lifecycle: Lead specific executive searches independently while ensuring a premium, high-touch experience for prospects from initial outreach through to qualification and offer negotiation.

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:

6+ years of experience in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources, with at least 4 years specifically focused on executive-level hiring.

Strong knowledge of advanced recruitment tools, including expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Workday), and the development of impactful presentations for executive audiences.

Proven ability in stakeholder management, demonstrating the confidence to advise senior executives and the agility to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving business climate.

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience, coupled with a deep commitment to moving the needle on diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership hiring.
