What You’ll Do
Own the client relationship
from discovery through delivery—serve as the primary technical consultant.
Lead
workshops, architecture sessions, and demos
to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
Design, deploy, and support Microsoft security solutions across
M365
and
Azure , including: Entra ID, Teams, Defender, Intune, Purview, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure Defender for Cloud, Sentinel (KQL, Graph, PowerShell)
Develop
security strategies
aligned with frameworks like
CMMC ,
NIST 800‑171 , and
NIST 800‑53 .
Architect and implement Zero Trust strategies, XDR deployments, and threat modeling frameworks for mid‑market and enterprise clients.
Ensure compliance while improving operational security—deliver measurable business value.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
7‑10+ years of consulting experience , partnering with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable leading client conversations.
Deep understanding of core cybersecurity principles:
zero trust ,
privileged access ,
APT threats , credential theft, and just‑in‑time administration.
Deepexpertisein at least 3 of the following areas, with working knowledge of others:
1. Identity & Access: Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, JIT
2. Threat Protection: Defender XDR suite, Sentinel, threat hunting
3. Data Protection: Purview, DLP, Sensitivity Labels, DSPM
4. Cloud Security: Azure Defender for Cloud, security posture management
5. Automation & Scripting: KQL, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
