What We're Looking For We're seeking a Principal Product Manager to own and lead the development of our AI and data platform. This is a critical role that will shape the future of our AI-powered educational solutions. You'll be responsible for building the engine that drives our AI agents and sophisticated data ontologies, serving both end-users and internal application engineers. This role requires a polymathic, fast learner who thrives in a rapidly evolving environment. You'll need a deep passion for learning and a strong understanding of AI concepts. Key Responsibilities Opportunity Identification & Assessment: Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, assessing potential risks, uncertainties, and market impact. Product Ownership & Strategy: Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, developing a clear vision aligned with business objectives. Rapid Decision-Making: Facilitate and make fast, high-quality decisions, prioritizing risks and unknowns to achieve exceptional outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring every voice is heard, and serve as the final decision maker. Customer & Market Insight Integration: Gather, synthesize, and quantify customer feedback, conducting customer discovery to validate assumptions. Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics, using advanced retention frameworks to drive continuous improvement. Launch Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive launch plans and coordinate cross-functional communication strategies. Systems & Models for Decision-Making: Build and refine mental models and diagnostic frameworks that empower teams to make high-quality decisions quickly. Qualifications Experience: 6-7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of owning full product lines. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Expertise in prioritization frameworks (Kano, RICE, etc.) and data-driven decision-making. Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams with exceptional communication skills. AI Knowledge & Technical Aptitude: Understand the fundamentals of AI, including pre-training, fine-tuning, inference, data structures, and deep learning architectures. Believe in the potential of LLMs and have a vision for their application in education. Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer discovery and the ability to balance customer feedback with business priorities. Agility & Resilience: Comfort with ambiguity, ability to pivot quickly, and a bias for action. Develop cutting-edge web applications using Codify's preferred technology stack. Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces. Implement back-end functionality and manage databases to support web applications. Identify and resolve technical issues to guarantee optimal performance and user satisfaction. Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Enforce security best practices to safeguard data and user interactions. Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance Codify's web development practices.
