We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Purchasing / Supply Chain Manager to join our team and take ownership of sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management. If you enjoy negotiating with industry-leading suppliers, optimizing processes, and keeping a supply chain running efficiently, this role is for you.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies to support company growth, optimize costs, and maintain quality. Supplier Management:
Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with manufacturers and distributors; negotiate discounts and favorable payment terms while maintaining strong vendor partnerships. Procurement:
Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, including price research, order placement, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Cost-reduction:
Leverage tools like cashback programs, rewards points, and bulk purchasing to reduce component costs or improve payment terms. Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock and avoiding stockouts. Process Improvement:
Continuously assess and refine supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules and product requirements. Pricing Strategy:
Recommend component price updates to Product Management based on cost changes, market trends, and new opportunities. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management (preferably in the computer hardware or components industry) In-depth knowledge of PC hardware components and the computer industry Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, and a basic understanding of databases and automation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Familiarity with tools or platforms for monitoring component prices and deals Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
