The role offers significant visibility, influence, and the opportunity to drive innovation at scale.Job Accountabilities* Develop and execute an enterprise digital channel strategy that delivers a connected, consistent customer experience across all retail banking segments.* Lead innovation and digital delivery through AB Labs, partnering with IT and external technology partners to bring new capabilities to market.* Own the roadmap, prioritization, and performance of all major customer-facing digital sales and service platforms.* Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive benchmarking to continuously improve digital experiences.* Build, lead, and retain high-performing teams by fostering a culture of development, accountability, and inclusion.* Partner closely with Marketing, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align digital investments with business outcomes.* Oversee acquisition planning and integration from a digital channel perspective.## Education & Experience## **Required*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience* 15+ years of experience in banking or financial services with progressive leadership responsibility* Extensive experience leading digital technology, platforms, and large-scale transformation initiatives**Preferred*** Advanced degree or executive leadership training* Experience leading innovation labs or agile, product-driven organizations* Proven success delivering enterprise digital strategies across multiple lines of business## ## Why You’ll Love Working HereAt Associated Bank, you’ll help shape how millions of customers engage with their finances while working alongside collaborative, purpose-driven leaders.
