**Client Procurement Engagement**

Build and maintain strong relationships with client procurement teams to align on sourcing strategies, timelines, and negotiation frameworks.·

Serve as a key liaison with client and procurement leadership, enabling Partners to focus on relationship-building and delivering exceptional client service.·

**Contracting Strategy & Execution**

Lead the development and execution of contracting strategies, including MSAs, amendments and complex Statements of Work. Ensure contracts reflect business objectives and mitigate risk.·

**Deal Enablement**

Partner with client development, legal, finance, and delivery teams to accelerate deal cycles, remove friction, and ensure readiness for execution.·

Provide guidance to Partners & senior leadership on strategic preparation and execution support to ensure successful outcomes·

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

Act as a strategic liaison between internal stakeholders (e.g., leadership team, legal, finance, operations) and external clients to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the engagement lifecycle.·

**Governance & Compliance**

Ensure all engagements adhere to internal governance policies.·

**Continuous Improvement**

Identify opportunities to streamline engagement processes, improve contract templates, and enhance client satisfaction.

**Qualifications** ·

8+ years of experience in strategic client engagement, procurement, or contract management within a tech or professional services environment.·

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred·

Proven track record negotiating MSAs and complex commercial agreements.·

Strong understanding of procurement processes and enterprise sales cycles.·

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.·

Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.·

Practical application of leading negotiation strategies, especially within professional services.·

Strong executive presence with proven success engaging C-level stakeholders in negotiations.·

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
