About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a junior-level Accounts Payable Specialist to support their AP team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career accounting professional who has hands‑on AP or invoicing exposure and is eager to grow within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day‑to‑day accounts payable processing, including invoice entry and payment support

Compile and organize supporting documentation for AP reporting and audits

Reconcile invoices and vendor statements to ensure accuracy

Work within an ERP system to maintain accurate financial records

Support general AP functions and administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

1–2 years of Accounts Payable or invoicing experience, or relevant internship exposure

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (or currently pursuing)

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Customer‑service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems

Exposure to construction related ERP systems
