About Us

Helping Hands Outreach is a 25-year-old community-based nonprofit dedicated to creating a network of care and support where older adults and their family caregivers feel valued and connected while knowing the joy of aging in place, in a community where their needs are addressed, hopes encouraged, contributions recognized, and lives celebrated.

The mission of Helping Hands Outreach is to assist older adults who wish to remain in their homes and communities. We do this by developing trusting relationships with older adults and their family caregivers, utilizing staff and volunteers to provide support, resources, and services. Our services include transportation, homemaking, chore assistance, nutritional support, socialization opportunities, aid to improve strength and mobility, and caregiver assistance and respite.
