3685‑Senior Program Manager – Utility
Location San Ramon, CA
Pay Rate $70 – $95
Contract Duration 11–12 months
Description Candidates residing in the Bay Area, near San Ramon, will work hybrid with occasional on‑site visits to job sites, yards, or other facilities. The role focuses on program and project management within the utility industry, requiring strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Duties include developing budgets, conducting variance analyses, creating new reports, and leading program implementation.
Responsibilities
Complete moderate to complex program problems and provide new perspectives on solutions.
Work independently on most issues and provide direction on overall program plans and goals.
Lead deliverables within the program implementation plan and communicate findings to management.
Develop budget forecasts, analyze budget variances, and devise solutions.
Create new and ad‑hoc reports, summarize findings, and deliver business insights.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of related experience or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Advanced knowledge of program management and the utility industry (preferred).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and limited resources.
Experience working in a regulatory environment and recommending solutions.
Eligibility
Clear background, drug test, and education check required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Travel may be required.
