Role Snapshot As a Group Leader, you’re the go‑to grownup during after‑school hours—leading games, supporting learning, and creating a safe, positive space where kids can be kids. You’ll work as part of a supportive team that believes in fun, growth, and showing up for our community.

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)
Lead games, activities, and enrichment projects
Support homework time and positive behavior
Build strong relationships with kids, families, and teammates
Help create an environment that’s safe, inclusive, and fun
What We’re Looking For
You genuinely enjoy working with children
You’re dependable, positive, and ready to jump in
Experience with kids is great—but
not required
Must be at least 18 with a HS Diploma or GED and be available during after‑school hours (Mon‑Fri)
Group Leader Aide roles open for High School students under 18.
Schedule & Location:
Aiea (Pearl Ridge Elementary A+)
Monday–Friday | Approx. 1:30 PM–5:30 PM
Wednesdays (early release) start at 12:30 PM
Hours and days will vary for substitute positions

Flexible weekday schedule
that fits perfectly with school or other commitments
Up to $1,000 per semester in tuition assistance
Full‑time benefits for part‑time hours:
