**LOCATION:****REQUIREMENTS:**
Education & Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, with significant time in tech companies (e.g., app development, marketplaces, or digital platforms). Proven track record in strategic finance or FP&A at high-growth tech startups or scale-ups; SaaS experience is strongly preferred. Experience with AI technologies or AI-enabled products is highly desirable.
Background in consumer-facing tech or marketplace businesses a plus; pet care industry knowledge is advantageous but not required.Skills:
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience preparing materials for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial tools/systems (e.g., Excel, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights); knowledge of SQL, data analytics tools, or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus. Strategic mindset with the ability to partner cross-functionally in a fast-paced, innovative setting. 401k match.
