Respond to work orders and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation. Perform preventive maintenance checks on equipment. Execute additional facility‑related maintenance duties as assigned. Requirements 1‑3 years of experience in power washing or exterior maintenance. Valid, state‑issued driver’s license. Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. High school diploma or equivalent.
