A company is looking for an HR Advisor to provide expert guidance and support to people managers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for people managers, providing coaching on employee matters and conflict resolution
Guide managers through performance improvement plans and other employee relations matters
Support company-wide HR initiatives, including onboarding and performance management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in an HR generalist or advisory role
Experience coaching managers through employee relations matters and performance management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
Demonstrated interest in learning and applying AI applications for HR
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
