Financial Analyst

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Pay range: $45,000–$83,000.
Responsibilities
Provide support for financial analysts resolving impediments or issues that arise.
Develop, review and consolidate financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision‑making for finance manager review.
Monitor and analyze actual expenditures against budgeted figures, identify variances and recommend corrective actions for management intra‑month.
Analyze financial performance, provide insights, identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement for finance manager review.
Manage financials for critical projects as defined by leadership within the role.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in budget analysis, financial planning, or related role.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and technology project management (plus).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
SAP/BOBJ reporting knowledge is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits Pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion until paid and may be modified as consistent with the law.
