Responsibilities

Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan

Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and services we offer

Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives

Implement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek, and generate prospects with whom you can foster strong, long‑term relationships as a reliable financial service professional

Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products

Make an impact in your community

As a Financial Sales Advisor, you’ll have the opportunity each day to see how you impact individuals, families, and small businesses for the better

You’ll help clients navigate challenges that many of them find complex and confusing, such as preparing for retirement, saving for college, and other issues that significantly impact their lifestyle

Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance‑related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied

Qualifications

Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas is required

Required to effectively network to identify potential new clients

Strong relationship management skills and/or experience required

What is expected of our Agents?

The ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clients

Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/circumstances they may encounter

Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long‑term financial goals

Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients

Have a clear focus on developing and maintaining long‑term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and stability of the community over time
