Job Summary
The Mailroom & Records Processing Clerk is responsible for receiving, processing, digitizing, and securely handling incoming mail, packages, and electronic media in accordance with company and ISG procedures. This role ensures accurate document management, timely uploads, and proper distribution of materials while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming paper-based mail and hand-delivered ProVest packages. Scan mailed records and correspondence into the ISG Server and appropriate Handler folders. Shred original documents in accordance with ISG document retention and destruction procedures. Receive and log incoming CDs delivered via mail. Upload CD contents to the ISG Server and assigned Handler folders using a computer. Properly package and ship original CDs to the Pennsylvania office as required. Maintain accurate logs and records of all received, processed, and shipped materials. Ensure confidentiality, data security, and compliance with company policies at all times. Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in mailroom, document processing, records management, or administrative support preferred. Proficiency with basic computer applications and document scanning/uploading. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Ability to lift and move packages as needed. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Work Environment
Office-based role with frequent handling of mail, documents, and electronic media. May require standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day. Company Description
