Job Responsibilities
Learn and understand all products in the assigned specialty area, including competitive offerings and regulations
Explain product options and ensure customers' understanding for routine inquiries; make product recommendations
Identify multi-product needs and connect customers with relevant product specialists
Collaborate with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
Provide education, guidance, and transparency around retirement product solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience
FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or FINRA Series 7 and 66 (required at time of hire)
Life license (or obtain within 90 days)
One year of experience in the financial services industry
Basic knowledge of financial products related to the assigned specialty area
Preferred Qualifications
CFP and/or CRPC certification
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and digital financial advice platforms
