Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments promptly.
Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements.
Record and reconcile A/P and A/R transactions.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
Maintain organized and accurate financial files and documentation.
Requirements:
13 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (A/P and A/R preferred)
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
