Responsibilities

Analyze market trends to identify opportunities in the foreclosure and distressed property sector.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for clients.

Coordinate property showings, inspections, and appraisals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Stay informed about local and national foreclosure laws and regulations to provide accurate advice.

Utilize marketing strategies to promote foreclosure listings and attract potential buyers and investors in Dayton, OH, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

Real Estate License or active pursuit of one.

Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on foreclosure and distressed properties, is essential.

Ability to guide clients through complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Proven track record of analyzing market trends to identify opportunities in the foreclosure sector.

Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients.

Compensation Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 per year
