Step into a pivotal role with a growing team in our Tulsa, Oklahoma office. Help conduct the smooth operation of a fast‑paced and friendly financial advisory office. This position is full time with a base salary and performance‑based bonus compensation. The Associate Financial Advisor will assist in providing financial advisory services to clients in order to help them achieve their financial goals. Our leadership team will guide you as you hone your skills and build a base of clients whom you serve. As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will be instrumental in creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice. You will manage client relationships through gathering and analyzing client data, helping to prepare financial plans, and advising clients on their financial planning and investment decisions. You will also consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities. Expectations are to both strengthen relationships and increase business with existing clients as well as to develop new client relationships.
Details:
Knowledge of, or a strong desire and capacity to learn about, financial planning, retirement planning, investments, and financial advisory services
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build advisory relationships with clients
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals
Ability to analyze complex financial information and provide recommendations to clients
Background:
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional work experience, preferably in the Tulsa, OK area
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
Experience working in the financial industry preferred
Currently hold or be able to study for and pass exams within 6 months for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 7, Series 66 and State life, accident, and health insurance licenses.
