Identify and conduct complex analysis on investment alternatives using market data and corporate liquidity needs, making recommendations to Senior Leadership. Prepare cash flow forecasts and perform detailed variance analysis by consolidating information from various internal sources. Lead process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Treasury and other divisions. Provide guidance and support to junior Treasury staff, demonstrating professionalism and leadership. Perform other duties as assigned. What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Treasury or related position. Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship. Superior oral and written communication and critical thinking skills. Investment management experience working with external money managers. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
MBA, CTP, CPA, or CMA certification. Strong time management skills and adaptability to organizational changes. Ability to gain the respect and trust of senior management and work with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated strong analytical, finance, accounting, and investment management skills.
