Note: this is a part-time position working a minimum of 20 hours per week. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
Take good care of our members, being the first friendly face people see when they walk into the branch; proactively and professionally acknowledge anyone who enters the branch.
Balance checks and cash drawer; process routine member account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, wire transfers, official checks, gift cards, cash advances, etc.
Research and resolve member inquiries related to their accounts; conduct research on member accounts.
Cross‑sell products and services that benefit members and properly track products and services referred or sold.
Maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum of 12 months in the retail and/or service industry or 6 months in a financial institution, working in a branch environment.
Basic computer skills; accurate cash handling and proactive sales preferred.
Strong listening, verbal communication, time management and organizational skills required; ability to actively cross‑sell products & services preferred.
Able to maintain confidentiality of member information.

Base Pay/Salary $20.00 - $23.00 an hour, plus incentives. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
