Senior Licensing Operations and Reconciliation Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Licensing Operations and Reconciliation Specialist. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy and compliance across airline financial processes, with a strong focus on BSP and ARC settlement and reconciliation. The position is part of the Air Revenue Governance team within the Travel Partnerships and Media (TPA) division at Expedia Group. Responsibilities
Manage and oversee licensing operations and reconciliation processes for air transactions. Ensure compliance with BSP and ARC standards and resolve discrepancies promptly. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate reporting and operational efficiency. Drive initiatives that enhance automation, accuracy, and scalability within reconciliation workflows. Qualifications
Airline industry knowledge with hands‑on experience in BSP or ARC processes. Ideally 6+ years, but key transferable skills will be considered. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and reconcile large volumes of data. Ability to coach/mentor peers and support the team manager. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. A smart self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and works independently. Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and articulate findings clearly. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial systems and reconciliation tools. Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) and airline settlement processes. Advanced Excel or data analysis skills. Base Pay Range
$78,500.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr (Seattle). Potential increase up to $125,500.00 based on performance. Start pay depends on location, skills, and experience. Benefits
