Job Summary: The Full Charge Bookkeeper oversees all aspects of the company's bookkeeping, accounts payable, and payroll activities. This includes maintaining financial records, processing time sheets and payroll, supporting the Accounting Manager in accounts receivable, and accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in accounting and payroll, expert proficiency in QuickBooks, and demonstrate team player skills to drive financial excellence within the organization.

Financial
Qualifications:
Proficient in financial concepts and practices
Knowledge of bank and credit card reconciliation procedures
Expert level in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
Experience in Job Costing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
A solutions-based approach
Ability to multi-task work in a fast-paced environment
Offer insights and suggestions for improving processes and procedures
