At JWC Search, we’re partnering with a well-established and forward-thinking Bank in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area to find a standout Internal Audit Manager with a focus on Operations. As the Internal Audit Manager, you'll play a key role in leading audits that span branch operations, lending, member services, and other core functions. Reporting to the Chief Auditor, you’ll be a trusted advisor across the business, identifying risks, improving controls, and enhancing efficiency across operational areas.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and lead operational audits across departments and business units
Identify control gaps and areas for process improvement
Develop audit programs and reporting tailored to key operational risks
Collaborate with management to develop practical, risk-based solutions
Support the Director in developing the annual audit plan
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive internal audit or risk management experience
Background in financial services, banking, or credit unions strongly preferred
Strong understanding of operational controls and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Professional Certification required
A collaborative and curious mindset with high integrity
