Responsibilities
include:
Manage Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) assessments for NAVNORTH and NAVSTRAT Mission Essential Task Lists (METL), including support for TYCOMs
Support Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) headquarters staff in updating METL and associated mission critical essentials tasks (MET)
Provide DRRS user training to USFFC and TYCOM staff, develop and maintain training materials, schedule training sessions, and offer post-training user support
Generate USFFC input for the quarterly Joint Forces Review (JFRR), Joint Capability Assessment (JCA), and MET package
Provide substantive feedback on Top Concerns by collaborating with staff directorates
Support miscellaneous readiness management tasks in alignment with the USFFC (N02R1) mission
Here"s what you need:
A minimum of 4 years of experience related to Navy readiness assessment and reporting
Demonstrated experience with Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and Status of Readiness and Training System (SORTS)
Experience updating Mission Essential Task Lists (METL) and Mission Critical Essentials Tasks (MET)
Knowledge of the Chairman's Readiness System
Experience with Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
A willingness to adapt to evolving requirements and technologies
Bonus points if you have:
Data analysis skills
Classroom instructor experience
Experience with IBM Cognos
Security Clearance:
Active DoD Secret clearance is required
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
