This job is working in our CLA office. Summary: This role provides support to the Senior Wealth Advisors in delivering comprehensive, holistic, financial services. They work collaboratively in serving clients as part of a team. They have strong knowledge in financial planning, tax, insurance, estate, investments, and retirement planning. They help manage financial plans and client relationships. Essential Job Functions: Business Development: Continually develop new opportunities in the marketplace. Financial Planning: Advise clients regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different investment strategies. Create, implement, and continually review, a plan that includes strategies designed to help clients act as the steward of the client assets and achieve client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service. Client Support: Supply clients with information related to day-to-day transactions, status of implementation plans and interim information between meetings. Communicate with internal and external investment managers, brokers, and partners to obtain or provide investment information. Interact with partner areas to help determine servicing requirements, problem solving strategies and coordinate daily client activity; oversee transaction processing, and handle inquiry resolution. Prepare presentations for client meetings. Requirements: Experience: Three years of related financial services experience. Equivalent and related experience in lieu of certification/license acceptable. Education: Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred. The compensation range for this position in Washington is: $78,300 - $139,000.
