KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reports to support management decision-making and presentations.
Analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources, identifying trends and opportunities to drive business improvements.
Prepare financial forecasts and operating expense analyses in a distributor-heavy environment.
Compile monthly financial statements and collaborate with accounting and leadership teams on accruals and reporting.
Support annual budget preparation and consolidation, as well as monthly forecasting of financial results and cash flow.
Analyze revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Assist with long-range planning and consolidated budget analysis.
Prepare clear, comprehensive financial reports by collecting, formatting, and explaining data.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics.
Strong understanding of corporate accounting and finance principles.
Knowledge of general ledger structures and financial statements.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with FP&A software preferred.
