Job Overview Belay is hiring Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNA) to support the Intelligence Community (IC). The TDNA conducts advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain more target information. They understand the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and management systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate information in accordance with established requirements and priorities. They analyze data for reportable intelligence, build target profiles, maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis, and perform sustained target analysis and enhancement with analytic techniques. They identify new access development opportunities, perform research using open source and classified sources, and close intelligence gaps by tailoring current collection or enabling new collection.
Responsibilities The TDNA’s responsibilities include:
Advanced collection and open‑source analysis to ensure target continuity.
Profiling targets and their activities and building comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
Maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
Performing sustained target analysis and enhancement through analytic techniques.
Identifying new access development opportunities for follow‑on collection requirements.
Researching using open source and classified sources.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis).
Relevant experience in target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis.
Preferred education in Liberal Arts, CS foundational areas, or related fields.
Information Technology or Information Systems degrees considered relevant if coursework equivalent to a CS major.
