Recruiter Position

What You'll Do
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
Partner closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements
Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom initial outreach to onboarding
Conduct reference checks, coordinate interviews, and support offer processes
Maintain accurate candidate documentation and compliance within internal systems
Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and support
Collaborate with your team to meet weekly and monthly performance goals
What You Bring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
Comfort with technology, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
A passion for helping people find meaningful work
Previous recruiting, sales, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required

This is a permanent position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50356.80 - $50356.80/yr. Consistent shift schedules (MonFri ~7:3016:00) with minimal overtime. Benefits package includes: Employer-paid healthcare (medical, dental, vision) 11 paid holidays, 10 vacation days, 7 sick days Additional health-and-welfare stipend (~$6/hr for some roles). Annual bonuses (up to 6%), 21 days PTO, and 401(k) matching available for corporate or HR roles
