Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound leads to attract licensed therapy providers
Conduct outbound prospecting through email and cold-call campaigns
Screen and qualify prospective providers based on licensure and clinical experience
Required Qualifications
1+ years of inside sales or recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health
Experience in handling high-volume inquiries and generating leads through cold outreach
Proficient in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Familiarity with job-relevant AI platforms is expected
