We have a new opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager intake meeting, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy and offer process.

Partner with leadership to develop job descriptions and support workforce planning.

Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and successfully recruit key talent for exempt and non-exempt level roles.

Build, engage, and maintain pre-qualified as well as prospective candidate pools of strong former candidates and new candidates.

Support talent acquisition initiative for the organization, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and background checks.

Manage the new hire onboarding process.

Act as a consultant to the organization to support HR policies and procedures.

Provide additional support to human resources programs as needed, such as in training, development, benefits, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications:

Requires a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.

Requires proven experience sourcing and recruiting craft laborers in a high-volume environment.

Ability to source talent for all levels of the organization including exempt and non-exempt roles.

Experience working in construction or related industries.

Experience working in corporate talent acquisition.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with all levels.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to set clear goals and deliver into key objectives independently.
