is seeking a Lead Java Full Stack Developer. In this role you will interface with key stakeholders, apply technical proficiency across stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, and create high‑level design artifacts. You will also deliver high‑quality code, lead validation for various testing types, and support implementation, transition, and warranty activities. Location and Travel Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate. Some travel to project locations may be required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or an equivalent of three years’ progressive experience for each year of education).
At least 4 years of information technology experience.
Experience designing and developing web applications using Java 17, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, and Angular 16+.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.

Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of Java development experience.
4+ years with Angular 15+ (or similar modern front‑end frameworks).
4+ years with CSS, SCSS, HTML5, ContextAPI, React Hooks API, GraphQL.
Strong knowledge of design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience with the software development life cycle.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and front‑end technologies like Angular or React.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
Implement RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration.
Ensure code quality and performance through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root‑cause analysis and long‑term fixes.
Apply secure coding practices and compliance standards, especially relevant to banking and financial applications.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Experience in banking or financial services, with understanding of treasury, transaction processing, compliance, and data security.
