Position Summary Performs echocardiography studies and stress ECHOs. Recognizes, calculates, interprets, and analyzes the hemodynamic data served from echocardiography studies.

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required.
Associate Degree or equivalent, preferred; Certification Program accepted.
Graduate from a formal Cardiovascular Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, required.
Experience:
Two years of echocardiography experience, required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Registered with ARDMS as RDCS or with CCI as RCS, or obtain within 12 months of hire.
Other Qualifications:
Current BLS preferred.
Other Skills:
Ability to complete generic and department-specific competency testing; modify care based on patient age; communicate observations to nursing staff, physicians, and department staff.
