Role Description
This is a full-time in office or hybrid role for a Vice President and/or Self Storage Specialist at Partner Valuation Advisors with job location flexibility anywhere in the U.S. This role is responsible for the execution and delivery of valuation engagements. You will work to provide the highest quality appraisals and consulting solutions to our clients. You will work regionally as a part of our national self‑storage practice to inspect and analyze self‑storage assets locally and potentially regionally as an integral team member in producing thorough reports, meeting deadlines, and fostering client relationships. The Vice President will primarily work on an individual basis initially, but may add Analyst and/or Associate resources over time and could be considered as a regional lead within our national self‑storage practice.
Qualifications
Valuation for debt, equity investments, and portfolios
Financial reporting and market studies expertise
Specialization in Self‑Storage and other property types
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field preferred
Seniority level Executive
