Feldman Kramer & Monaco, a dynamic law firm located in Syracuse and Hauppauge, NY, is seeking a self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented Associate to join our progressive, innovative team in Westchester, New York. You must have 3 years of Wills & Estate experience and be comfortable with extensive client contact, including visits to client offices. The position has no billable hours or caseload; it will primarily consist of executing Will contracts.

Responsibilities
Advises clients concerning trusts, estate matters, and transactions, including liability considerations, prosecutorial or defensive strategies, and legal rights and obligations.
Advises clients on asset protection.
Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations.
Prepares and drafts legal documents such as wills, trusts, deeds, estate documents, and contracts.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree and admission to the state bar.
Minimum three years of experience as an attorney in Wills & Estate Law.
Detailed knowledge of Wills & Estate laws.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and research skills.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Strong customer service and personal service orientation.
Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen, and synthesize information to formulate advice based on sound judgment and strong legal knowledge.
Ability to keep client and firm matters confidential.
