Litigation Senior Attorney - Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA
Direct Counsel is seeking a Senior Attorney to join an AmLaw 200 firm for their Litigation business unit in California. The Senior Attorney can be local to Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco. All candidates must have 10+ years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment
Extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
Experience working with e-discovery software
Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
Strong academic credentials
Detail-oriented and highly with a solid work ethic
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $175,000-195,000 annually, based upon a full‑time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, employees have the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
