Annual Base Salary Range: $74,000 - $90,000

What You’ll Do As a contracts paralegal you will report to the Assistant General Counsel and provide independent day‑to‑day support to the attorneys on the legal team and the business through contract drafting, reviewing, and managing the contract life cycle from contract creation to expiration. You will assist, as needed, with legal department administration and liaising with internal clients. The successful candidate will thrive working in a fast‑paced, innovative, multi‑disciplinary environment.

The Day to Day

Build and maintain trusting and productive working relationships with attorneys, paralegals in the legal department, and the business counterparts.

Proactive and transparent matter management and communication.

Contract life cycle and process management: intake, populating templates, drafting contract language, drafting amendments, liaising with internal stakeholders, tracking approvals, facilitating signatures, drafting terminations, and managing expiration of contracts.

Draft other legal documents and legal correspondence, as requested.

Review contract terms, identify risks, ensure completeness, and note compliance requirements and concerns during review.

Maintain and update the contract management system: manage contract records, conduct periodic quality control, ensure routine reporting, and communicate user updates.

Execute on e‑signature requests, including intake, tracking, and facilitating signatures.

Conduct legal research.

Support attorneys with special projects or matter management, as requested.

Support legal operations.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field or 4 years of equivalent experience.

3+ years’ experience as a paralegal or in a similar role.

1+ year’s experience with contract drafting and reviewing and legal research.

Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities. Business travel may be required for opportunities to connect with stakeholders, serve patients, and attend Strive‑sponsored team events.

Preferred Qualifications

Paralegal certificate preferred.

Highly organized, collaborative, detail oriented, and adaptable.

Competence in supporting the contract life‑cycle process and management.

Competence in legal writing and research.

Competence in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Prior experience in healthcare.

Location in or around Denver, Colorado is required with time both in‑office and remote.
